CrossFit Level 1 Trainer
The Level 1 Trainer applies the fundamental principles and movements of CrossFit in the training of others. Specifically, he teaches the primary points of functional human movement, correcting errors as they are performed, and helps clients progress towards greater strength, flexibility, speed, balance and more in a safe, sustainable program of fitness.
Gayle Hatch Olympic Weightlifting
Gayle Hatch is a world famous strength coach, with both professional and amateur athletes performing worldwide in a variety of sports from the NFL to weightlifting meets. His Olympic Wieghtlifting courses teach attendees how to perform and instruct others in performing safe and effective Olympic Lifts, which improve fitness by working Strength, Speed, Power, Coordination, Accuracy, Agility, and Balance.
CrossFit Gymnastics
Learn the fundamental strength, balance and coordination components learned with bodyweight work, safely and while having FUN! As in weightlifting, core strength (and therefore balance) is a key benefit to learning gymnastic basics.
CrossFit Kids Trainer
Our children's bodies are different from ours, and the CrossFit Kids Trainer can work with this special population to teach them the fundamental building blocks to athletic ability (running, jumping, throwing, lifting, etc.) and health (making good nutritional decisions) in general, all while having fun and learning to work and respect each other as a team.
Eva T Certified Programmer
Eva Twardokens is a 2X Olympian in Alpine Skiing (Albertville and Lillehammer) and a 12 year veteran of the U.S. Ski Team. She has won 6 National Championships, Won a world Championship Bronze Medal, and is a World Technical Skiing Champion. She also is a Masters Weightlifting Champion. In 2011 she was inducted to the U.S. Ski and Snowboard Hall of Fame! She is now sharing her experiences from her athletic career and her knowledge in the Health and Fitness realm. As a sought after coach, consultant, and a Kalish Institute Certified Functional Wellness Practitioner, she offers her services online as well as in person to help people experience an utmost quality of life!
Her seminars teach attendees how to apply her philosophy of health and fitness education, and becoming a Programmer of Fitness is the next step, the result of months of working with Eva T to develop to the skills necessary to program SUSTAINABLE fitness for clients.
