As a Personal Trainer, I will help you become a student of your own health, working with you to design a training program that is best for YOU and YOUR body. I work to increase your strength, balance, power, endurance, stamina, speed, coordination, accuracy, agility, and flexibility. Also, I can help you CHANGE YOUR NUTRITION (by planning, shopping and cooking differently, NOT by "going on a diet") and sleep patterns to find what is best for you.
CrossFit Class Instructor
At CrossFit Houma, we teach the smart, fun and SUSTAINABLE way to fitness, improving your Strength, Speed, Endurance, Stamina, Power, Coordination, Accuracy, Agility, Balance and Flexibility. We offer a family-friendly environment where you will be taught the basics needed to be safe and confident in the class setting, for the accomplished athlete and the beginner who has NEVER been in a gym before (everyone completes our Beginners Course before joining regular classes). Furthermore, my trainers and I run EVERY class, helping clients out as they need it, motivating them without pushing them too hard.
